Delivery policy Refund
Product Returns:
- We accept returns on products when you notify us within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received and returned within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method generally within 7-10 business days (based on bank processing times, we don’t control this timing).
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Fulfillment Policy
Order Delivery policy:
- Free/Flat Rate shipping orders use USPS Best Rate Services. All other shipping is based on customer selection and location. We do our best to ship items within 1 business day.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time frame, the order is likely already processed, and cancellation may not be possible.
Cancellation Process:
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at info@drdavidbilstrom.com . Provide your order number and request cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been shipped.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method including any shipping fees paid.
Unconfirmed Address Orders:
- For first-time orders, if the shipping and billing addresses on your order do not match, our team will reach out for verification. Please email a copy of your driver’s license, to info@drdavidbilstrom.com showing one of the addresses on the order along with your name and photo, you can block out any additional information. This is required before we can process the order. If no verification is received we will have to cancel and refund any charges. Our team and our card processing company have been working hard to help prevent fraud and protect our customers.
Exceptions
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
Incorrect Orders:
- In the case of receiving the wrong product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the unopened sealed product to be returned. Once we receive it, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or a refund if applicable.
